Return Policy

At Ellis Boutique New York, we do our best to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you would like to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Request a return by emailing info@ellisboutiquenewyork.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
